The breakfast was a delight! I saw many options available. Staff proved very helpful. Restaurants were really good and the cake counter was something special.
The gym was full of equipment, but everything was crammed together. It seemed like the hotel bought a bunch of equipment and threw it in there. The gym was also hot with no water.

The hotel offers a secure parking garage. The location allows easy access to major downtown areas and the museum district. I found many shopping and dining options nearby. Access to the U Bahn made it simple to reach other parts of the city.

I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Parking was available on site, convenient. Dominik Kaiser provided really good service. I appreciated the breakfast choice. It was very nice, though the room did get a little busy.
The gym was hot. I also noticed there was no water available in the gym itself.

the lobby decor caught my eye, it has a pleasing design. i liked the garden cafe too. my room was super clean, , made me happy! robes and slippers were a nice touch.
The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment looks a bit worn.
